Doctor Spencer aka The Fit Doctor, is a physician who we can all be learning from. He makes learning fun with his meme's challenging Quackary! If you're trying to lose fat, CONSISTENCY is key! At Show Up Fitness we stress the importance of 18 / 21 meals being protein and vegetables / fruits. The “CHEAT MEALS” over the weekend are where the general population loses control. We eat whatever, whenener we want and classify as FREE MEALS! I challenge you to not have consecutive FREE MEALS so you can remain consistant.

Show Up Fitness SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats)
Strengths – Online is now paying for rent. Culture. Last week 268.
Weaknesses – Delegation & victim mindset from trainers. Lack of commitment from the TEAM.
Opportunities – Online growth is our number one goal, then full seminars, in-person and then 1-1 training.
THREATS / TRENDS – A trend I see is a move toward better ONLINE education and less virtual workouts (think more 1-1, less Pelaton now that we're opening back up.)
CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK:
Come up with your own CHALLENGE! Every week you should be coming up with your own warm-up, variants on different exercises, and always be learning new information.
