Schedule your LIVE exam in front of a panel of 2-Show Up Fitness Coaches to begin your journey as an elite personal trainer. You will be required to name:

17-muscles of the shoulder, 20-muscles of the legs (quads, hamstrings, adductors, glutes, & calves), name core movement patterns agonist & synergist & design a program on the spot within 10-minutes.

Before you can schedule your call, make sure you have watched the prerequisite videos part of the SUF CPT LEVEL 1 program for a TOTAL of 15-hours of videos otherwise you cannot take the  SUF CPT TEST. Read the article here to understand the terms.
