NASM CPT: The Most Difficult Chapter
The NASM CPT is the easiest personal training certification to become a personal trainer. Chapter 7 is where most students tend to get stuck, and unfortunately, they often postpone their studies for months. DO NOT DO THAT.
Listen to this podcast from Veteran Trainer David from Kansas. He has a podcast and interviewing training, asking them what certification they have and if it has helped them with their career.
The answer… NO CERTIFICATION HELPED THEM (until SUF-CPT)
Trainers struggle with business skills (sales), people skills (networking with DPTs and RDs), and technical skills (programming and getting clients out of pain).
DON’T YOU WORRY, IT’LL HAPPEN.
