Each prospective client receives a one-hour complimentary personal training assessment. We learn about YOUR goals, YOUR body, and create a realistic time frame for YOUR transformation.
We help remove obstacles and achieve fat loss by tackling the seven components of wellness:
(STRESS, SLEEP, SEX, PSYCHOLOGY, INJURIES, NUTRITION, & EXERCISE)
60 minute — Personal Training Sessions
When was the last time you committed working with a trainer for three months 4x a week? We’re a results driven business, when you SHOW UP regularly, you’ll see results. Pricing depends on the experience of the trainer and commitment. If you Show Up, Win The Week, and implement what has proven to work, together, we will help you achieve your goals.
Cost: $85-200/ session | Training with Chris Hitchko $200/session (minimum 3 sessions per week)

One workout will not change your habits or get you into amazing shape. We need to learn more about your medical and workout history so we can help establish SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely.)
The average personal trainer will take you through a grueling workout, so you'll be sore for a week. Soreness and sweating are NOT indicators of a great workout; results over time are. You will transform yourself when you begin winning the week, SHOWING UP, and learning better habits.
