Live Exam Overview

You will schedule your live exam in front of Show Up Fitness coaches. During the exam, you will be required to:

• Name 17 muscles of the shoulder
• Name 20 muscles of the lower body (quads, hamstrings, adductors, glutes, calves)
• Identify core movement patterns (agonists and synergists)
• Design a program on the spot within 15 minutes

Important Requirements

Before scheduling your exam, you must complete all prerequisite coursework, including 22 total hours of video content from the SUF-CPT Level 1 program. Failure to complete the required content will prevent you from taking the exam.
