TRAINING REAL PEOPLE.

INTERNSHIP STRUCTURE

Mon - Thurs | 8AM - 1PM

8AM - 11AM | Classroom/Lecture Setting

Learn Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition, and Business Development.

11AM - 1PM | LAB

Apply what you’ve learned during lecture. Workout with Proper Spotting & Form Analysis applying — Various Workout Splits, 1-RM Testing, Metabolic & CrossFit style.

The average intern acquires between 50-100 Hours of training during the internship

Interns may shadow other qualified personal trainers at any Show Up Fitness Gyms & may have the opportunity to train
